Happy Summer Wildcats!

The Wildcats crushed the 2018-2019 school year! We were one in five schools to be honored with a California Green Ribbon recognition, were Kindness Certified for the second year, have earned a Bronze level honor for our Positive Behavior Intervention Support efforts, our test scores increased, the Wildcats hit their AR goal, our Wildcats students and staff won numerous recognitions, honors and awards, PTA was able to donate $55K back to our school…We can go on and on…. IT WAS A GREAT YEAR!

With that, we wanted to let you know about our district’s plan for school supplies for grades TK - 8 for the 2019-20 school year: students in grades TK - 8 will have essential, basic classroom supplies provided for their use at school.

In past years, some teachers have sent supply list donation requests for items each child would use in their classroom. After collaborating with teachers, administrators and district staff, we are pleased to let you know that families will no longer be asked to donate basic supplies for classroom use.

If teachers are requesting additional items/supplies to supplement your child’s education, they will let you know at Back to School Night!

Save the Dates:

  • 8/13 ACE Round Up: (Receive Class Placement, buy swag, join PTA, learn about upcoming events/clubs etc)
  • 8/14 New Parent/Guardian Meeting 6PM
  • 8/18 Principal Aderman Nighttime Read Aloud (on Facebook)
  • 8/19 First Day of School

We will create, celebrate and innovate because our Wildcats deserve the very best!

We wish you a summer filled with joy and laughter (AND MULTIPLICATION & READING), and look forward to our first day of school on Monday, August 19, 2019.
