Girls Who Code

Learn to code.  Build an app.  Create a game.  Become a leader. Free after-school club for all middle school students.

Girls Who Code is a fee project-based program that teaches coding skills and sparks interest in careers in computer science.  The club will meet one day a week, after school, for an hour-and-a-half at Junction.  The club will run for ten to twelve weeks.  Students are expected to attend each session.  The program begins at the end of September and online registration is due by September 20, 2019.  This program is made possible by a partnership with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's computation directorate.  Classes will be taught by LLNL volunteers.

Register here by September 20, 2019.

Note: This program is open to all Junction students of any gender in 6th through 8th grades.
