Granada Stunt is having open gym on Thursday, January 9th in the small gym. Open gym will be from 6:00PM-8:30PM.

There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in playing Boys Tennis this spring. The meeting will be held in room P2 at lunch on Monday, January 13th.


Attention Seniors: Jostens will be here at lunch time on Tuesday, January 14th in front of the Student Union to distribute graduation announcements if you ordered them. Please stop by on your way out to lunch on the 14th to pick yours up - the Jostens Staff and the Office Staff will appreciate it!


Attention AP Students: Spring Exam Registration begins next week January 13th. Students who are enrolled in a class that started T2 can purchase the test at Student Services or on the Webstore. The fee is $100/per test. Students that missed the first deadline that are enrolled in a class that began T1, may still purchase the test at Service Students but will be charged a $40 late fee. IF you have any questions, please see Ms. Keck in the Counseling and Career Center. The last day to purchase your AP test is February 10th.

Seniors! Graduation is right around the corner and we want to make sure that the diploma you receive on that special day has your correct full legal name that is on your Birth Certificate or Passport. If you have noticed that your name is incorrect in School Loop or if you have any questions about how your name will appear on your diploma, please come into the Counseling Center and let us confirm your full legal name. Please come in by February so we will have time to make any necessary changes.


Granada students, Winter Ball tickets go on sale on Monday, January 13, 2020. They are $15 with ASB and $25 without. Buy your tickets the first week as prices go up on January 20th. Please remember if you are bringing a guest from another school you will need a guest pass. Please do not buy your ticket on line if you are bringing a guest. You must buy them at student services. You can pick up a guest pass at student services.

The Livermore Lions Club is hosting our local Student speakers contest, which is open to all high school students. The contest will be held at the Livermore Library on N. Livermore ave. on February 23, 2020 at 1:00 pm. This year's topic is "Homelessness in California: What is the Solution?" Information about the state-wide contest may be found at

Are you an artist? We would like to feature GRANADA STUDENT ARTWORK on the cover of the 2020-2021 Granada High School Catalog and Student Planner. Stop by student services to pick up a flyer that has the guidelines for the artwork. There are also samples for your reference. All submissions must be turned in by Thursday, January 16.
