Granada High come out and supports our Volleyball teams at Buffalo Wild Wings on April 18th. Buffalo Wild Wings will donate 15% of your total bill from 5:00pm-11:45pm that day. Bring your family and friends out to the first St location and help out the Volleyball teams.


ASB Elections are LIVE! Vote today. The link and login information is on the Granada website. Also, if you are interested in running for class office, grab a packet outside the leadership room today. Class office packets are due by next Monday and there will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in running this Thursday in the leadership room.


Attention all GHS students, the Granada Chess Club will be hosting a free four-week chess tournament starting today, Friday in room P-12. Clocks and snacks will be provided! The winner of the 2019 GHS Chess Tournament will receive a very special prize.

The next Red Cross Blood Drive is Thursday April 25th. You can sign up in your 3rd period class with a pink sign-up sheet or in S-2 with Mrs. Miller. 17 and 18 year old's can also sign up using the RC Blood app or online at


AP pre-administration meetings are next Wednesday and Thursday. Students who are taking one or more AP tests must plan to attend one of these meetings during 5th period or after school in the Student Union. If you have any questions, please stop by the Counseling and Career Center.

Croce Elementary School is looking for volunteers for their Family Science Night on Wednesday, April 17. If you'd like to earn volunteer hours, please stop by the Counseling and Career Center to sign-up.

Attention Seniors: The deadline to apply for the Seal of Biliteracy is quickly approaching! If you have taken the equivalent of four years of a foreign language OR have passed a foreign language AP exam, you may be eligible. Pick up your application in the Counseling Office. They are due by today, April 12th.

Seniors: Have you volunteered in the community during your high school years? If you have logged 100 hours or more of community service, you may be eligible to receive the Red Honor Cord for graduation. Please come to the Counseling Office to pick up an application. All applications are due May 10th. No late applications will be accepted.


GHS swimming & Jefferson awards club is hosting the bay area Kids Against Hunger packing event. Sign up now to help package at least 100 meals per person for starving children all around the world. Get community service hours, and do something good for the world! Sign-up info is on the GHS website.
