SENIORS: If you would like a senior ad in the 2018/2019 yearbook you must start working on them now. They are due November 15, 2018. If you purchase by Nov. 15 you will get a discount on the price. You can get all the details HERE.
SENIORS: IF you haven’t placed your cap/gown and grad announcements order yet, you must now order online at Jostens.com or mail your order directly to Jostens. The final deadline to place your grad order is TODAY.
The Class of 2021 is having a fundraiser to raise money to make winterball great! Please go to Casa Orozco between 11:30 am- 9:00 pm on TODAY and bring your fliers that can be found in the office! Thank you so much!
CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES
It's time for the Granada Theatre fall play! Detective Partner Hero Villain is set in the world of super heroes and looks at what happens when a person loses sight of where they fit in. The show starts TONIGHT and runs the, 9th, 15th, 16th, and 17th starting at 7pm . General admission is $7, and $5 with ASB. November 14th is the Wednesday matinee starting at 2:30pm with ALL tickets just $5.
Granada's Choir and Orchestra is having their trimester concert tonight, November 8th in the Small Gym at 7PM. Come hear the music from Sound of Music, Fantasia, and Halo as well as many others. We'd love to have your support!
COUNSELING AND CAREER CENTER
A representative from the Mills College will be in the Counseling & Career Center during lunch today. Students who want to learn more about Mills College are encouraged to attend.
Seniors, need assistance with your college essays? Come by room MM-3 during lunch with your essays and/or Personal Insight Questions and we will read and review them and provide you with feedback.
Juniors and seniors who are interested in law, political science, history or criminal justice are encouraged to apply for the District Attorney's Justice Academy. This program allows students to participate in interactive seminars led by professionals in the field and a paid summer internship. Applications are due tomorrow. For more information, stop by the Counseling and Career Center.
Granada students please don't forget to buy your YEARBOOK. It will be on sale through December 20th. The yearbooks are on sale for $95.00.
PARKING PERMITS for Trimester 2 will be sold to seniors only today, Thursday, November 8 at lunch and after school in Student Services for $15. Parking Permits will then be sold to everyone on a first come, first serve basis starting tomorrow, Friday, November 9. If you did not have a permit for Trimester 1 then stop by Student Services to pick up an application.
