Alameda County Safe Routes to Schools: Parent/Caregiver Survey Outreach

April is Safe Routes to Schools evaluation month in Alameda County! Throughout the school year, our school community enjoys the free programming the Alameda County Safe Routes to Schools (SR2S) Program delivers to our students, such as the free bicycle repair event at CMS. You can help improve the program! Our partners at SR2S are constantly working to better serve our families’ travel needs and these surveys help gauge the impact of the program in our school community.

Parents and caregivers, please participate in the SR2S Parent/Caregiver Survey.

Please take this 5-minute survey about your family’s travel choices and perceptions of safety. The survey is available in English, Chinese and Spanish. If you need to complete the survey in a different language, please send a request to surveys@alamedacountysr2s.org.

Please complete the survey by April 26, 2019, for a chance to win one of two $250 grocery store gift cards.

If you would like a paper survey, you can pick up a copy at the school office starting on April 8. Return the paper surveys to the office by April 26, 2019 to be eligible to participate in the gift card drawing.

Thank you for your support and participation in this important effort!

Please contact surveys@alamedacountysr2s.org if you have any questions.
