  • The Regular Board Meeting will be conducted via Zoom Webinar, and is in compliance with Assembly Bill (AB) 361, which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. Audience attendance at the Board meeting will not be permitted in person. Members of the public are encouraged to observe and participate remotely. Participating in Public Comment

  • If you would like to make a public comment at the Board Meeting, please use the online comment cards below.

    All online comment cards must be submitted no later than 4:00pm on the day of the meeting*.

    Instructions for Public Comment During Board Meeting Webinars

    To provide a public comment on an item on the agenda, please complete a BLUE PUBLIC COMMENT CARD.

    • Speakers submitting blue cards will be called on following the Board discussion of each agenda item.
    • Each speaker may submit one blue public comment card for each agenda item they would like to speak to. If you are speaking to multiple agenda items, please submit one card for each item.
    • Speakers are given 3 minutes for their comments.
    • Speakers may choose to turn on their camera while sharing their comments.

    To provide a public comment on an item not on the agenda, please complete a TAN PUBLIC COMMENT CARD.

    • Speakers submitting tan cards will be called on during Section 8.0: Communications from the Public.
    • Each speaker is limited to one tan public comment card.
    • Speakers are given 3 minutes for their comments.
    • Speakers may choose to turn on their camera while sharing their comments.

    To provide a public comment on an item on the closed session agenda, please complete a GRAY PUBLIC COMMENT CARD.

    • Speakers submitting gray cards will have their comments read aloud by the Board prior to the start of the closed session.
    • Please submit one card for each closed session agenda item you would like to speak to.

    *In accordance with Assembly Bill 361, requests for public comment on agenda and non-agenda items can also be made during the live meeting at the designated comment period associated with 8.0 Communications From the Public or after each agenda item is presented. Meeting attendees will be instructed to use their “raise hand” feature in Zoom to indicate their desire to speak and will be called upon at the appropriate time. We strongly encourage the submission of online comment cards as having additional information ahead of time increases the overall efficiency of the meeting. Those submitting online comment cards will be called to speak first, followed by additional speakers.
