Wednesday, 2/22, CTE Career Fair
February is Career & Technical Education (CTE) month and we will be hosting a CTE Career Fair on Wednesday, 2/22 in the large gym during 2nd and 3rd periods.
CTE Month provides CTE programs across the country an opportunity to demonstrate how CTE educates students to be college-and-career ready. By partnering with the community, we are hoping to bring CTE awareness to our students. This is a great opportunity for our students to meet with members of our community who have been successful in Career and Technical fields. We are excited to be able to host this in person event at Granada High and provide you all with this experience.
There will be representatives from over 25 different CTE organizations such as,
Alameda County Sheriff's Department
Aviation Institute of Maintenance
City of Livermore
DeSilva Gates Construction
Fremont Bank (Dublin Branch)
Las Positas College (Engineering Tech, ECE, Admin of Justice dept)
