Promotion Ceremony and Rehearsal Information
Rehearsal - June 6, 2024.
8:30 A.M.-12:15 P.M. - Students must leave campus after the rehearsal.
Participation in the promotion rehearsal is required if a student is attending the promotion ceremony.
Ceremony - June 6, 2024
6:00 P.M. (students must arrive at 5:30 P.M.)This is a family event, seating is on a first-come, first served basis beginning at 4 PM. Parking is on the blacktop. (The gates will be locked until 4pm).
Contact Nancy Ortiz in the office by May 19 if a family member needs handicap seating and parking in the staff parking lot. For parking, you must have a handicap placard from the DMV.

Promotion Robe
All students participating in the promotion ceremony must wear the school's designated promotion robe.
Students may borrow a robe from the school or purchase a new robe for $25.00.
The link to either purchase or borrow a robe will be available on March 18.
Please borrow or purchase by April 19, 2024
Students are not allowed to wear sunglasses, hats or other headgear. Families must hold all gifts until after the ceremony.

Promotion Social

Students must bring their school ID card and wristband for admittance to the social.
Students MUST have passing grades in all of their classes by Friday May, 24 to participate in the promotion social.
Sponsored by PTSA. There will be snacks.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom 8th Grade Field Trip

8:45 AM - 6:00 PMCost: $85.00. ($35/ticket, $50/bus)

Morning of Field Trip: Students report to the blacktop outside the gym at 8:45 AM. Students will line up by bus number. Students must ride to and from the park on the bus.
At the park: Students may not leave the park boundaries. If a student gets into trouble at the park, the parent will be asked to come to the park to pick up their child. All school rules apply while on the trip. Students must bring a prepaid cash card, debit card or cash (to be used to purchase a prepaid card at the park) for food if they plan to eat or make other purchases while at the park.
Returning Home: Buses will leave Six Flags Discovery Kingdom at 5:00 PM. The buses will arrive in Livermore at approximately 6:00 P.M. Students should have transportation to their homes from school arranged prior to the trip.
Attendance Requirements: No suspensions T3.
There are NO REFUNDS.
