General Sports Information
All students participating in sports must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA and have completed the Sports Physical form PRIOR to trying out for and participating in the sports. Physical cards may be obtained from the office or accessed below.
District funding does not cover the entire cost of each sport. We can only offer extra curricular sports by raising money through parent donations. If we don’t collect enough donations, we will not offer the sport. Donations are tax deductible. Below are the suggested donation amounts that would allow us to cover the associated costs for each sport. These expenses may include coach’s stipends, referees and greens fees as well as equipment and uniforms. Donations are not refundable. All donations are voluntary and are in no way tied to your student’s ability to participate in a school program/activity. No child will be denied participation in any activities, regardless of whether donations are given.
Each sporting team needs a parent coordinator to assist the coach with car pooling schedules, end-of-the-season party, and other clerical duties. Please consider volunteering, your participation is much appreciated! If you plan on driving students/athletes other than your own, please complete the online application, print out and complete the driver's form and return that form to the office with a copy of your insurance policy.
