Intra-District Transfer Process at Vineyard 

1. Students, parents and/or guardians talk to their school counselor at their home school.
   
   
2. If student is approved for transfer, students and parents attend orientation. 
   
   
3. Parents complete the Emergency Contact Form and students/parents sign the Independent Study Agreement (ISA).
   
   
4. Once ISA and Emergency Contact forms are completed, Vineyard’s registrar will communicate with the student’s home school to initiate the transfer (Friday)
