Welcome to Science in Room 6!  This year I am teaching 6th grade science and two different 7th/8th grade STEM electives (Intro to STEM and STEM2).  This is my third year at Junction but my 13th year teaching 6th-8th grade science and STEM classes.  My background is in pathology and environmental toxicology with a few years being side-tracked in other environmental and/or research careers.  I love to learn and am constantly wondering why or how things in the natural world work.  Teaching science is the best career because I get to continuously explore and learn new things.  This year, I look forward to sharing the exciting world of science and STEM with fellow Bulldogs!
