Ms. Kimberly Richardson

My name is Kimberly Richardson and I teach all levels of Physical Education at Granada.

Prior to my time at Granada, I taught at Baymonte Christian School, Milipitas Christian School, and then worked in the Mountain View-Whisman School District under a company called Rhythm and Moves. This is my 5th year at Granada (2019-2020) and I have loved every minute so far.

In my own high school years, I went to The King's Academy in Sunnyvale, CA and was involved in volleyball, soccer, basketball, cross country and leadership. Outside of class and my own sports, I worked as a restaurant hostess, and then as a swimming instructor.

I attended Biola University, then Cuesta College and finally finished my degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. While at Cal Poly, I was a part of the triathlon team, involed in Cru, worked for the City of San Luis Obispo as a lifeguard and as a desk clerk at the famous Apple Farm Hotel.

My girls are 10 and 12 years old and are involved in cheer, soccer and softball.
