Hello and welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

I am so excited to start my first year in eighth grade with your children. I taught 5th grade for many years and am very much looking forward to getting back into US History. Even though I love History, my true love is English! My hope is to one day head to the High School level and focus on just English.

I have been teaching for 25 years and working in Livermore since 2000. I taught elementary school for 22 years and now I have moved on to middle school. I taught 6th grade for three years and am now experiencing 8th grade for the first time.

I have two children who are both currently in High School. My son is a freshman and my daughter is a junior and ready to finish up and head off to college. 

Teaching is my love! I am always so excited to start a new year and get a new group of students. I love my job and would never dream of doing anything else.
