Hi all! My name is Carly Meglio, and I am so happy to be teaching second grade at Marylin Avenue School! I have been teaching here for four years, and have thoroughly enjoyed each year. Besides teaching, I love spending time outside, being with my family, and all things related to Disney.
I firmly believe that each child that steps into the classroom has the ability to be successful, and my goal is to support each child with what they need so they can reach their full potential. Each student comes through the door with unique experiences, knowledge, and personalities to share; my job is to help them shine. My hope is that upon leaving our classroom at the end of the year, my students are confident, independent individuals who are able to cooperate with their peers, know how to speak up for themselves, and understand that ultimately, they are charge of their learning, growth, and attitudes.
