Planning on Enrolling a New Student?

Follow the steps below to complete the NEW STUDENT enrollment process if your student is new to Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District. If your student is currently enrolled with LVJUSD, you DO NOT need to complete the enrollment process again. 

Enroll for the UPCOMING 2026-27 School Year

Age Requirements

Transitional Kindergarten (TK):To enroll for TK, your child must turn 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Kindergarten: To enroll for kindergarten, your child must turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026.

STEP 3: Submit Required Documents

For NEW elementary students, please bring your documents to the 2026-27 TK & Kindergarten Enrollment Fair. You can find more information on the fair below. Middle and high school students, please bring your documents to your school of residence between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Please refer to the links at the top of the page to confirm your school of residence.

Kindergarten: To enroll for kindergarten, your child must turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025.

Priority Transfer Requests

If you would like your student to attend a school other than their school of residence, see the Intra-District Transfer Timeline for the online form and details. Please note: If your student is new to LVJUSD, please complete the enrollment steps detailed above before submitting your transfer request.
