Process for Requesting a Special Education Assessment
The following process is for preschool-age children only. If your student is already enrolled and attending a Livermore school, please contact your site administrator to arrange an assessment. Site administrators are listed on the Contact Us page.
- Visit the 2024-25 Enrollment webpage.
- Choose the Online New Student Registration link in English or Spanish.
3. Create an account if you do not have one or you can sign into an existing account
4.Start the New Student Form.
5. The grade options you will choose from are "PK Special Ed Preschool" or "PK Speech Only."
6. When you get to the section Special Education, elect "yes" in order to move forward with the registration.
7. When you get to the section Contact Information, you must list at least 1 emergency contact aside from the parent(s).
8. Complete the online enrollment.
9. Complete supporting enrollment documents.
10. Gather the original documents listed on the “Documents Required for New Student Enrollment.”
11. Call the Special Education Department at 925-606-3225 to schedule a time to bring/drop off the documents at the Special Education Department.
