Panorama Survey
-
From November 7 - November 18, 2022, 4th through 12th grade students will have an opportunity to participate in the Panorama Survey. Results of the Panorama Survey help our district to better understand how connected our students feel to their classroom and school. The Panorama Survey also provides us with information about how students perceive their social emotional learning skills, which impacts their academic achievement. While we encourage participation in this survey to better the educational experience for our students, this is a voluntary survey and is not required. Students will be provided an alternative educational activity if they do not participate in the survey.
In order to participate, all 4th, 5th and 6th grade students will need to return a permission slip signed by their parent or legal guardian. Students without a signed permission slip will not be able to participate. Students will receive permission slips from their classroom teacher in the coming weeks, prior to survey administration.
4th, 5th & 6th grade consent form. All 7th through 12th grade students will participate in the survey unless their parent or guardian contacts the school or completes an opt-out form.
