Chris Connor

Chris Connor brings positive energy and a passion for making a difference for all students to the role of Director of Elementary Education. Chris loves to connect with others and facilitate healthy cultures where colleagues and students have opportunities to thrive and learn. Over the past 17 years in K-6 Education, Chris has served as a Teacher, an Instructional Coach, a Vice Principal and Principal. He is thrilled to be part of the LVJUSD Team and looks forward to developing partnerships with students, parents and staff.

Chris and his wife have two children and live in Livermore. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exercising.

Jason Krolikowski

Jason Krolikowski brings over 26 years of experience in education to his position as the LVJUSD Director of Secondary Education. He has served as a Physical Education and Leadership teacher, football coach and athletic director, and most recently as a high school vice principal and principal. In his leadership roles, Mr. Krolikowski has broad experience in leading curricular and cultural changes at school sites while focusing on historically underserved students.

Mr. Krolikowski has two teenagers. In his free time, he enjoys attending athletic events, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and golfing.

Matthew Hart

Matthew Hart has worked in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District since 1999.  As the Director of Assessment and Accountability, Matthew is excited about how we can use our district assessment and support systems to determine how we can set our youngest students up for success and how we can provide our high school students with a range of options as they transition to adult life.  Prior to serving in his current role, he was an English teacher at Granada High School for 16 years, and a member of school administration for seven years, including three years as the principal of Granada.

Matthew has two children in LVJUSD schools and enjoys hiking, playing games, attending the athletic events of his children, and playing his banjo.
