Chamber Choir is an advanced choral ensemble that focuses on fine tuning the ensemble, musicianship, and vocal skills required to perform advanced repertoire. Chamber Choir sings challenging choral music from a variety of styles, genres, time periods, and foreign languages. The repertoire in Chamber Choir is the most diverse and challenging of the three choirs, and often features difficult harmonies and complex compositional techniques.

Chamber Choir performs frequently on campus, in the Livermore community, and beyond. In addition to the formal concerts at the end of each trimester, Chamber Choir is frequenlty invited to sing at holiday parties and other community celebrations. In the spring of 2018, the LHS Chamber Choir was invited to perform as part of the National Festival Chorus in San Francisco, under the direction of Rene Clausen. In the fall of 2018, Chamber Choir was invited to perform with Matthew Morrison on his sold-out San Francisco concert with Bay Area Cabaret at the Venetian Room. Students who participate in Chamber Choir should expect a high level of after-school commitment.
