  • Operation Gratitude Candy Drive a Success

    The East Avenue Tri-M Club recently participated in Operation Gratitude – a drive for candy and other small items for our service men and women. Their very successful drive produced 259 pounds of candy and other items for our troops. Thank you to all who contributed and to Ms. Boster for organizing this drive.

  • Science Odyssey Art Contest

    Turn in your art contest submissions by Friday, November 15, 2019. The winning design will be featured on the 2020 Science Odyssey t-shirt and promotional materials. Open to grades K-12. Click on the title for rules and entry forms.

  • Apply for a Free Wheels Bus Pass

    East Avenue Middle School students are eligible to apply for a free transit pass.. To participate, a student must complete an application and have a parent sign it. Once the form is submitted and verified by school staff, students will receive a youth Clipper Card within one month.     Our lost and found is overflowing with jackets, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, and water bottlles. Please have your student check to see if any of their missing items are there. The lost and found is located in the MPR foyer in the wooden closet.

    Axis Community Health presents “Plugged in Parents”. Learn to create a healthy, media friendly environment and help youth avoid the pitfalls of social media and overuse of technology.   • Annual Toy Drive

    This holiday season, please share your generosity with families in need. Please donate a new, unwrapped toy suitable for a girl or a boy from Newborn to 11 years old. All toy donations will benefit LVJUSD low-income students. Please drop off toys in the East Avenue Office from November 6th to December 4th. Together we can make a difference in a child’s life.

  • LVJUSD Framework for Success

    The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District uses a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) - a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, and social emotional learning - to meet the needs of all students in our district. Under the umbrella of the LVJUSD framework, the three components that address students’ needs are Academics, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
