CMS Make-Up/Retake Picture Day on October 4, 2023
Students who missed picture day in August need to be sure to see the photographer on October 4. Students will be photographed during PE. Mr. Hill’s zero period PE Tuesday/Thursday students who need to have their photo taken or retaken should come to school at 8 a.m. to see the photographer.

PTA Dine Out Fundraiser at Flaca's on October 5, 2023
Please help support the CMS PTA when you dine out at Flaca's (1848 First Street, Livermore) on October 5, 2023, from 3-7 p.m. Flaca's will donate twenty percent of all orders to the CMS PTA.

Alameda County Student Transit Clipper Card Program
All LVJUSD middle and high school students are eligible to receive a free Clipper card good during the 2023/24 school year. The Alameda County Transportation Commission funds this County ridership program.

LVJUSD Framework for Success
The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District uses a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) - a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, and social emotional learning - to meet the needs of all students in our district. Under the umbrella of the LVJUSD framework, the three components that address students’ needs are Academics, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

Choose Love
All students in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District participate in the Choose Love social emotional learning curriculum during the school year. Students learn the Choose Love Formula: Courage + Gratitude + Forgiveness + Compassion in Action = Choosing Love Formula.
