LVJUSD Prepares to Enroll New Students for the 2023-24 School Year
The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) invites parents of students entering into transitional kindergarten (TK) or kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year to attend one of four parent information nights in January prior to attending one of LVJUSD’s TK/Kindergarten Enrollment Fairs on February 22 and 23 at the Robert Livermore Community Center (RLCC). 30 LVJUSD Students Receive National Merit Scholarship Recognition
Six Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) high school seniors are among the more than 16,000 students nationwide named as National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists for the Class of 2023. Granada High School’s Ruman Das, Tanisha Deka, Yoav Feigenbaum, Shunsuke Sakagami, and Madeline Straus and Livermore High School’s Ian Zolynas represent Livermore’s top scholars as Semifinalists for this year. LVJUSD Framework for Success
The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District uses a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) - a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, and social emotional learning - to meet the needs of all students in our district. Under the umbrella of the LVJUSD framework, the three components that address students’ needs are Academics, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

Choose Love
All students in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District participate in the Choose Love social emotional learning curriculum during the school year. Students learn the Choose Love Formula: Courage + Gratitude + Forgiveness + Compassion in Action = Choosing Love Formula.

Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) is an award-winning district that serves more than 13,900 students in transitional kindergarten through 12th grade at nine elementary campuses, two K-8 schools, three middle schools, two comprehensive high schools, and two alternative schools. Livermore Schools offer specialized progams including International Baccalaureate Programmes, Green Engineering Academy, Dual Immersion Program and Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) pathways.
